Section 01

General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 50bet platform and all its services. By registering on 50bet or using the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using this platform.

50bet is a secure and reliable online betting and casino platform that offers cricket betting, live casino, and slot games to users in Bangladesh. This service is fully protected by SSL encryption technology.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the 50bet website, mobile version, and all related services.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use the services on 50bet, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is operated for those aged 21 and above only. If necessary, 50bet may request a valid ID to verify your age.

2.2 Registration Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• 50bet reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.
• Multiple members of the same individual or household may not operate multiple accounts from the same device or IP address.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility.

2.3 Account Verification

To ensure security, 50bet may request account verification at any time. Verification may require a photo of a national ID card or passport and, where applicable, a bank or mobile banking screenshot. The withdrawal process may be temporarily delayed until verification is complete.

50bet supports Bangladesh's popular payment methods. We use only designated methods to ensure secure transactions.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted.
• All deposits are secured via SSL encryption.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will be processed using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• The required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.
• If account verification is not complete, additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
• 50bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend inconsistent or suspicious transactions.

3.3 Available Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on 50bet are currently available through the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). No other methods are accepted.

Bonuses & Promotions

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available on 50bet. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 gives a ৳15,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Important: wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the sum of the deposit and bonus. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used alongside real money and cannot be transferred directly to a bank.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be applied at the same time unless clearly stated.
• 50bet reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If the validity period of a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
• To take advantage of a bonus offer, the specific conditions of each offer must be followed.

Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Fair Play Policy

50bet is a fair play platform. The outcome of all games is determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any form of manipulation or fraudulent activity may result in immediate account closure.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Abusing bonus benefits by opening multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other users to influence the betting system.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform or attempting to hack it.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing.

5.3 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please verify all details carefully before placing a bet. 50bet is not responsible for any loss caused by an internet connection failure.

5.4 Sports Betting

Various types of markets are available in the sports betting section. Bets can be placed on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. If an event is cancelled or incomplete, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.

The 50bet VIP program has three tiers that offer additional benefits to active members.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on regular and active participation on the platform. Cashback is calculated on a weekly basis and credited to the account at a set time. 50bet reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the VIP program.

50bet prioritizes responsible gaming. We believe that gaming for entertainment should always be controlled and mindful.

Changes to Terms & Account Termination

10.1 Changes to Terms

50bet reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified as far in advance as reasonably possible. Continuing to use the platform under the revised terms will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

10.2 Account Closure or Suspension

50bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Serious violation of the Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or providing false information.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering.
• Inability to verify age.
• At the user's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided the account has not been forfeited due to a breach of terms and conditions.

10.3 Account Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. It is recommended that all pending withdrawals be completed before the request is processed.
